To book a stall you will need to fill the following form and accept our Terms and conditions. A stall cannot be allocated or reserved until we have received your completed form with all supporting documents requested.

We have three types of stalls:

Community/Charity £200

Food £300

Branded Business Stall £400

Booking Terms and Conditions

All required documentation must accompany the completed booking form. Missing information may result in delay or cancellation.
Traders must hold public liability insurance for a minimum of £1 million for the event duration.
Traders must provide health and safety documentation (method statements, risk assessments, etc.) upon request (Food stalls).
Submission does not guarantee a stall without payment. Confirmation will be sent after payment.
Only goods/services listed on the form may be sold.
Refunds due to cancellation are at the organiser's discretion. NO REFUNDS for no-shows. 4 weeks' notice required for refund consideration.
All displays must stay within allotted space without obstructing pathways.
Structures must be secure, weather-resistant, and trip hazards clearly marked.
Keep space clean during/after event using provided skips.
Traders are responsible for their goods at all times.
Provided equipment: Table, chairs, and 3m×3m marquees.
Marquees must meet British Standards and be properly secured.
Prohibited items: Tobacco, alcohol, weapons, wax flares, or glass.
Traders are liable for damages caused by their negligence.
All vehicles must exit by 9:30 am 28.06.2025. No vehicular access during events.
No early departure until public has left.
Petrol generators prohibited.
Organiser reserves right to select traders – no product exclusivity.
MK Tanzanian Community may cancel/postpone events at any time.
